No crazy talk
I agree with the folks at Respectful of Otters - without a genuine diagnosis, the "Bush is crazy" rhetoric is just as off-limits as the "Al Gore is crazy" talk.
There's plenty of legitimate, factual basis for the assertion that he's the worst president ever- no need to dig into the bowels of armchair psychiatry to prove that.
Don't forget about these exciting "real issues":
Felon in the White House / Plame outing
Abu Ghraib torture
Claim of kingly executive powers to disobey the law
Disregard for free speech through creation of ironically named "free speech zones"
Bad WMD intelligence
Sharing state secrets with a convicted embezzler and Iranian spy
Attacking Iraq with Osama at large
Spending like a drunken sailor
and so on and so forth...
