Stay of Execution, Rocket Science
My hair is being given a short-term reprieve atsonbanon's request. Instead I'm going with her to the hairdresser to let her suggest a styling with the understanding that if I don't like it after a short while, it all comes off anyway.
We watched Rocket Science last night, and I have to say, this movie was to academic debate what the Lord of the Rings was to fantasy movies. It got so many details perfect, the speed of the speakers, the unbridled arrogance of the competitors, even the symbols used on the notes they were taking (the "flow", or flowchart"). It took me back, and it was a smartly written movie. Under no circumstances should you watch Thumbsucker or Listen to Me without watching this for balance.
